← HIRO AI OS Storage

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 17, 2026

HIRO AI OS Storage is a private, single-user utility for routing verified personal AI artifacts to the user's own Google Drive. This policy describes how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared.

Google data we access

The app requests only the Google Drive drive.file OAuth scope. This permits access to Drive files created by the app or explicitly made available to the app. The app does not request access to the user's entire Google Drive.

How the data is used

Where data is stored

Uploaded artifacts remain in the user's Google Drive. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the authorized device outside the public source repository. Local routing records may contain file paths, hashes, sizes, and upload status. Google Drive file content is not stored on this public website.

Sharing and secondary use

Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, shared with data brokers, or used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. It is not disclosed to third parties except as necessary to operate Google Drive at the user's direction or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

The user controls uploaded files directly in Google Drive and may delete them at any time. OAuth access can be revoked from the user's Google Account. Local OAuth credentials can also be deleted from the authorized device, which stops future Drive access.

Security and data minimization

The storage router is event-driven rather than a general crawler. It routes only explicitly completed artifacts. Credentials, tokens, cookies, private keys, company data, and reproducible caches are excluded from automatic cloud upload. The app uses the narrowest practical Google Drive scope.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
